GENE KILLIAN has almost four decades of complex negotiation experience as a lawyer, and has been a small business owner since 1995. He has also served as a Court-approved mediator. He frequently teaches workshops and seminars on the art of negotiation, and is currently working on a book called “Negotiating with Neanderthals.” He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Chicago.
